“Can you say thank you?” How many times will a child be asked that question in their preschool years? We ask them again and again because we want to help them learn to be thankful. This month is all about saying thank you. In fact, we are going to be bubbling over with thankfulness with our Bubble Factory theme. Throughout the month, preschoolers will learn to be thankful for their family, friends, and food. And, they’ll learn that saying, “Thank you” is just as important as being thankful.

As we continue our journey through God’s Big Story, we take a closer look at the lives of Joseph and Moses. Both of these men trusted God through hard circumstances and would not give up. These are two heroes of the faith, and we hope to help kids see how their stories connect between Genesis and Exodus. Then we will look at Joshua and Caleb, David and Daniel. Each of them trusted God and found courage to face difficult circumstances

God has been faithful throughout history and has helped people get through and overcome incredible difficulties. God’s Son, Jesus, endured the pain of the cross and death itself so that we could have a forever relationship with God. God gives us the Holy Spirit to empower us to keep going, even when life gets difficult.

A Night in Bethlehem is a Bible-times Christmas event for families. We will transform our church into the town of Bethlehem. Families will visit shops in the Bethlehem marketplace, make projects, and hear the story of Jesus’ birth.
We are looking for volunteers to make an impact for Jesus in our community this Christmas. Some of the areas are: Registration, Shop Keepers, Shop Helpers, Decorating, Set-up, Clean-up, and After-event follow-up. There are two Leadership positions, which include Decorations Leader and Experience Leader.
