Kid’s Ministry

Join us Saturday, December 17th from 4-7:00 PM for a fun Christmas event for the whole family.  We will experience the sights and sounds of the city of Bethlehem the night Jesus was born.  Early registration helps us plan for supplies.  Click here to register.

CCO Kid’s Church

Raise your hand if… You have kids…You have grandkids…You know a kid…You WERE a kid.
If you said yes to any of these…READ ON!

All of us are created for community, and that includes our children as well.  So…Bring your kids to church, where they will learn about God’s love for them and build lifelong friendships!

While you attend grown-up service, kids will have a service just for them!

  • Where they will learn how to Worship God, through songs and actions.
  • Fun age-appropriate, Bible-rich instruction that your kids will remember.
  • Kids are in small groups with kids their own age:  Nursery, Preschool, K-3rd and Preteen (4th-5th) graders
  • You can connect with other Parents each Sunday and at special events.
  • Weekly tools to help parents grow in their faith, and help for the family.

Sometimes we get so excited about the gift that we forget to remember the giver. So, this month we will take some time to look around at the wonderful gifts God has given us. We are teaching preschoolers that God is Good! We can say “Thank You God”! We see good gifts that God has given us, like friends, family and yummy food…like donuts! But DONUT forget to thank God because God is Good!

As we continue our journey through God’s Big Story, we take a closer look at the lives of significant people in the Old Testament: Joshua and Caleb, David, Daniel and Esther. Each of them trusted God and found courage to face difficult circumstances. They also represent major time periods in Israel’s history. Like these people. God may be asking us to take a risk or do something we might not feel prepared to do. But God will also give us the courage we need to face that challenge. We can also look to Jesus. He faced the biggest challenge of all, death on the cross. He chose to be brave and follow God’s plan.
