Job Description

Christ Church Otsego seeks a Christ-centered, enthusiastic Pastor of Youth and Family Ministries with a passion for outreach and discipleship. Located 30 minutes northwest of the Twin Cities, we are a vibrant congregation in a rapidly growing community. We are Christ-centered, biblically based and evangelical. We are committed to helping people discover a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and seek to provide teaching and experiences where people grow in their faith, apply it to daily life, and authentically represent Jesus in the world.
The student ministry consists of separate Middle School and High School youth programs, with 45-50 students in each one. We have a small group based model with 19 adult leaders.
